1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Basis
This platform and its Progressive Web App (collectively, the "Service") are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis by the operator located in Spokane County, WA, USA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree that your use is at your sole risk.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and safety of navigation.
2. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
3. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Except as otherwise provided in Section 13 (Mandatory Arbitration), all legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Spokane County, Washington, USA.
4. Navigational Disclaimer (Walking Only)
Pedestrian Use Only:
Directions and map overlays are intended strictly for pedestrian walking purposes. They are not optimized for vehicles, bicycles, or any form of motorized transport.
Real-World Primacy:
Users must prioritize real-world conditions, physical signage, and legal restrictions over the Service’s data. We do not guarantee the safety, legality, accessibility, or accuracy of any suggested path.
Property & Boundary Disclaimer:
Map overlays, paths, markers, and boundaries are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. The Service does not represent official property lines, HOA boundaries, easements, access rights, zoning classifications, or land-use rights. You are solely responsible for complying with all posted signage, including "Private Property" and "No Trespassing" notices, regardless of what is displayed in the Service.
Assumption of Risk:
You assume all risk for physical injury, death, property damage, trespass claims, or interaction with third parties, including local authorities, homeowners' associations, private security, or property owners, while using the Service.
5. Community Standards & User Content
No Discrimination or Profiling:
You are strictly prohibited from reporting "suspicious persons," "loitering," or making race-based, ethnic-based, or discriminatory reports. Violations may result in suspension or immediate termination at our sole discretion.
Privacy of Others:
You may not upload images or content capturing the interior of private residences or individuals where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.
Accuracy:
The Service may contain crowd-sourced content. We do not pre-screen all submissions. Errors may be reported via our contact page.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and any consequences arising from such content.
6. AI and Data Accuracy
The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to process map data and generate responses. AI outputs may be generated automatically without human review and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated outputs. The Service must not be relied upon for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or property-related decisions.
7. Tracking, Cookies, and Data Transfer
Location Tracking:
The Service requires real-time geolocation tracking to function. By using the Service and providing consent where required, you acknowledge and consent to this collection.
International Transfer:
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Cookies and Similar Technologies:

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with advertisers or third parties are solely between you and the third party.
If you decline advertising or tracking technologies that support the Service, certain features, functionality, or usage levels may be limited.

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications electronically, including email and in-app notices. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its owners shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including physical injury, death, loss of property, trespass claims, or other damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service and its owners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Arbitration:
Any dispute relating to the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Spokane County, Washington, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Spokane County, WA.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree that disputes shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, power outages, labor disputes, governmental actions, or interruptions of internet services.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
